On Thursday night me and Arron drove down South to Heathrow to collect my 2 nieces and nephew from my sister. She drove up from Brighton to meet us halfway, and we took them home to stay with us until today. It's been a gorgeous weekend, they are fabulous kids and so much fun, and soooooo beautiful. I love having them to stay so I can spoil them. On Saturday my mum and I took them to Twin Lakes, a huge family fun park thats great value for money and as it was chilly, we had the place to ourselves! Arron is currently managing a beautiful little country pub, so Saturday night I took them there and we stayed here, as there is so much more space, and a gorgeous big garden with duck pond, and horses in the field. Sunday was gorgeous weather, so off we went to the local (massive!) car boot, and in the afternoon my parents came over, and Arrons dad, and we had a lovely Sunday lunch here, which was just yummy!
Then today we went to Makro to stock them up on sweeties, and we all had a new pair of Havaianas flip flops!
I've just gotten back from dropping them with my sister, and I'm pleased to report I managed the drive quite well on my own! (I'm not the most confident of drivers, and Arron had to work).
Ooh, and we paid a visit to John Lewis today... writing this from my brand new iMac am I? Oh yes! It's AMAZING!! And I've already found a buyer for my old G5! :)
Back to stinky old work tomorrow - nothing like that to bring you back down with a bump :(
