Last night myself and three friends went to Birmingham to see the Phonics, it was a lovely evening. We stayed over in a plush little apartment that we got for a great price. I've just uploaded and edited the photos - they are really fun, and I love them. My little compact (which I whinge, whine and complain about every time I use it...) has done me alright - a few fuzzy shots in there, but the images are better than nothing.... which is what I'd have had if I had not taken it. Maybe I will give the compact more of a chance - it's just so slow... it's because I'm used to my lovely big fast sharp DSLR!
On the way home today we had fun putting the roof down on Emmas Mini - it was freeeezing! The poor girls in the back were even colder that me and Emma, but it was fun! A lorry driver beeped us and gave us the thumbs up, I grinned at him and gave him thumbs back, and a car of girls about our age were in laughing fits at us - but not in a nice, friendly way - they were definitely laughing AT us and not WITH us - screw you girls! We're young, and we're fun, and here's the piccies to prove it!
