2022. 2022 follows 2020 and 2021... the Years of Covid. Lockdowns. Restrictions. Certainly, Covid isn't going anywhere, but I hope the effects of it are lesser in 2022.
It's been an ok month. Everyone is back to school after Christmas (and work for Arron but he never really gets to leave that). I am thankful we got to go back at all, I honestly thought they would be closed again. We've been busy learning and working hard. We've created art. We've spent time at home, relaxing, resting, enjoying our home and the things in it. We've spent time with friends and family, including exciting trips on the train (Isaac and Arron to London, Sofia and I to Sheffield).
On that note - the things in our home. Really, we have too many things in our home, and I know it. I began 2022 with a resolve to not buy anything new (unless absolutely necessary). It's going well, so far. I'm not even tempted. This will be great for my bank account, great for our home and clutter levels and great for changing my mindset.
